Documentation
Definition
Specifies the number that a transregional authority assigned for the waste management business partner (transregional authority-assigned number).
Use
Procedure
Examples
A transregional authority-assigned number could be a number that is valid for the waste management business partner throughout the USA and not just in individual states.
Dependencies
In the master data for the waste management business partner you can enter the numbers that were assigned by authorities for the waste management business partner under Authority-assigned no. and the corresponding validity areas. The system uses the validity area to automatically determine the transregional authority-assigned number from all the numbers that you specified in the master data and displays it here. You can find more information about how this number is determined in the documentation for the IMG activity Specify Validity Areas.
If the system cannot determine a transregional authority-assigned number for a waste management business partner in the way described, it tries in a similar way to determine a transregional authority-assigned number from the data for the higher-level waste management business partner. This number is then displayed here and the Auth.no.h-lvl prtnr indicator (transregional authority-assigned number comes from the higher-level partner) is set. In addition, the higher-level waste management business partner is assigned to the waste approval.
