Documentation
Definition
Specifies the total quantity of waste that has been determined by the waste generator, for example, by weighing the outgoing waste, and handed over for disposal.
Use
Procedure
Examples
In Waste Management, you can assign different wastes that have the same waste code as standard to a German waste manifest (and therefore different materials). This ensures that all relevant dangerous goods classifications are printed on the disposal document (waste manifest), particularly if the materials that correspond to the individual wastes differ with regard to their dangerous goods classifications.
For each waste, you can also specify an outgoing quantity. On a German waste manifest, however, only the total waste quantity for the waste code is output under Comments as the waste quantity of the waste generator. The system therefore automatically adds up the outgoing quantities specified for the individual wastes.
Dependencies
The total outgoing quantity is output automatically by the document template for German waste manifests that is delivered as standard, and appears under Comments on these manifests. If you do not want the total outgoing quantity to be output there, you must delete the corresponding symbol from the document template. For more information on document templates, see the application help for the Basic Data and Tools component, in the section on report generation.
