Documentation
Definition
Specifies the waste quantity in the entry document that must be distributed to the account assignment items.
Use
Procedure
The system automatically shows the waste quantity from the entry document here as follows:
- If you specified a waste quantity for the entry document in the Outgoing quantity field, it is displayed here.
- If you did not specify a waste quantity there, the system shows the waste quantity specified in the Quantity field. However, this waste quantity is replaced by the waste quantity specified in the Outgoing quantity field if you add this to the entry document at a later stage.
Similarly, the current waste quantities from the Outgoing quantity and Quantity fields are displayed automatically if these quantities change.
Examples
Dependencies
In multiple account assignment, the total of the waste quantities in the individual account assignment items must match the waste quantity in the entry document. In order to ensure that this is the case, the system runs the following checks as standard when you enter a multiple account assignment:
- If you have chosen 1 (distribution by quantity) in the Distribution field, the system checks whether the waste quantity displayed here matches the total of the waste quantities in the account assignment items.
- If you have chosen 2 (distribution by percentage) in the Distribution field, the system checks whether the total of the percentages that you specified for the individual account assignment items equals 100. The waste quantity displayed here is distributed to the account assignment items automatically, according to the percentages.
If you have entered a multiple account assignment and the waste quantity displayed here changes at a later stage, as described in Activities, the quantities specified in the individual account assignment items are also corrected automatically, the distribution by percentage remaining the same.
