Definition
Specifies whether multiple account assignment is possible for the entry document and whether, for multiple account assignment, the waste quantity in the entry document is distributed to the individual account assignment items by percentage or by quantity.
Use
Procedure
Proceed as follows if you want to carry out multiple account assignment for the entry document:
- In the detail view, choose Multiple account assignment on the Account assignment tab page.
- On the same tab page, specify the type of distribution (by percentage or by quantity) under Distribution and enter the necessary data.

Definition
Specifies whether the waste quantity in the entry document should be distributed among the individual account assignment items by percentage or by quantity in multiple account assignment.
Use
Procedure
Proceed as follows if you want to assign multiple accounts for the entry document:
- Select the required distribution type (by percentage or by quantity).
- Enter the required data. Depending on the selected distribution type, you must then enter only the values for the selected distribution type in addition to the account assignment details. This means if you selected distribution by percentage, you must enter only the percentage values for the account assignment items. The system automatically determines the waste quantities per account assignment item from these values.
