Documentation
Definition
Indicates that the objects of a particular object type, which have been assigned to the waste management business partners in the master data, are automatically assigned to the entry documents as account assignment objects in disposal processing.
Use
In disposal processing, account assignment objects must be assigned to the entry documents in order, for example, to distribute disposal costs proportionally among the departments that generated the waste. In the following cases, the system independently determines the account assignment objects and automatically assigns them to the entry documents.
- First, the system checks whether an account assignment object has been specified under Account Assignment in the master data for the waste management business partner, and assigns the object automatically.
- If no account assignment object has been specified there, the system checks whether the AA obj. indicator has been set for an object of a particular object type specified in the master data for the waste management business partner under Assignment to (Integration). This object is then assigned automatically.
Caution:
You cannot change this automatic assignment.
Procedure
Set this indicator if the objects of a particular object type are to be assigned automatically, as described, as account assignment objects and you do not want to change this assignment.
Caution:
Set this indicator exclusively for object types whose objects can also be used as account assignment objects in the SAP System (for example, cost centers and orders).
Examples
Dependencies
If you also set the Check AA obj. indicator in this IMG activity, the account assignment objects are checked automatically when you assign them to a waste management business partner in the master data.
