Use

This field is available for you to use as you wish, for example to output a description or a message.

In the standard system, the system outputs a message here if you have specified a document date in the entry tool that is in the past. This document date is transferred automatically for all new entry documents that you create.

Procedure

If you do not want the document date for the entry documents that you want to create to be in the past, change the date in the entry tool.

If you want to have this field available to use as you wish or to use it for outputting text, proceed as follows:

1. In the IMG activity Specify Document Categories in Customizing for Waste Management, specify a separate screen number and a separate program name for the document category in the ScrnNo. selectn and Program name fields.
2. In the program, specify the criteria for outputting the text element and the required text element. You can use the program SAPLEHSWA_102 delivered in the standard system as the template for the program.
