Definition

Specifies when the confirmation of receipt of the waste approval documents was received from the waste management business partner specified in the Partner field.

Use

Procedure

Enter the required data. Note that you can enter data for the waste management business partners involved only.

Examples

If you want to enter waste approval processing with an authority for a waste generator, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose the waste generator in the Waste Management component.
  2. On the Waste Approval tab, select the waste approval and choose Partners.

    A screen is displayed in which the waste generator is displayed in the first data record of the table. The other fields in this data record remain blank.

  3. Create a second data record for the authority by specifying the authority in the Partner field.
  4. Enter the following data for this data record:
    1. Enter in the Sent field the date when the waste generator sent the documents for a waste approval to the authority.
    2. Enter in the Receipt confrmd field the date when the authority's confirmation of receipt of the documents for the waste approval was received by the waste generator.
    3. Enter in the Licensed field the date when the corresponding form for the authority's confirmation of the waste approval was received by the waste generator.
    4. In the Signatory and Reference fields, enter the signatory and the authority's reference.

Dependencies

In certain cases, a waste approval is automatically considered to be valid if the authority responsible does not reply within a specified period. This period generally starts with the date the documents relating to the waste approval are acknowledged as having been received by the authority.
