Documentation
Definition
Identifies the data records for which no quantity monitoring is to be carried out.
Set this indicator for quantities that you enter for information only do not need to be monitored.
Procedure
Examples
In Germany, authorities can approve waste quantities for various time periods:
- You can approve the total quantity of up to five annual quantities.
- You can approve the annual quantities individually.
- You can approve the total quantity of up to five annual quantities and the annual quantities individually.
Correspondingly, it is necessary to monitor that the total quantity and the individual annual quantities are not exceeded.
Dependencies
You can set up your system to ensure that the quantities of waste specified in the waste approval are adhered to.
In Customizing for Waste Management in the IMG activity Specify Disposal Document Types, you can specify a function module that writes the waste quantity in the Quantity disposed of field from the quantities actually disposed of that were specified in the disposal documents. The standard function module outputs a message when the quantity specified in the Alert quantity is reached. The checks required for this are run for all quantities that fulfill the following criteria:
- The key date for the check lies within the period defined by the Valid from and Valid to fields.
- The No check indicator has not been set for the quantity.
Note:
The Period field is not taken into account during these checks.
