Definition

Specifies that persons are displayed in the planning list.

On the Schedule Planning: Planning Cockpit screen, the following persons are displayed in the planning list:

  • Persons to whom no health surveillance protocol (HSP) has yet been assigned and for whom no medical service has been opened (persons without medical data).
  • Persons to whom only HSPs with the assignment status inactive are assigned. For these persons, the data of the person is displayed in the planning list, but not the data of the HSP.
    Exception: if the filter setting With HSP/Without Medical Service is set in combination with the filter setting Assignment to Persons - Inactive, both the data of the person and the data of the HSP are displayed on the planning list.

On the Schedule Planning: Assignment of Health Surveillance Protocols to Persons screen, the persons to whom no HSP has yet been assigned are displayed in the planning list.
