Definition

Specifies the status of the appointment scheduled for a medical service.

Procedure

The following statuses are possible:

• New
• Not confirmed
• Confirmed
• Canceled
• No-show

Examples

Note:

When you open a new medical service, the system automatically sets the status to New.

When you enter a date for an appointment, the system automatically sets the status to Not confirmed.

You must enter all the other statuses manually.
