Use
In Occupational Health, the physician responsible can be entered for the following objects:
- Medical Services
- Health surveillance protocols
- Diagnoses
- Vaccinations
- Medical Services appointments

Dependencies
The physician's data is evaluated in varying forms:
Invitation for a medical services appointment:
If a physician is entered for a medical services appointment, the physician's name and address appear on the invitation for the corresponding appointment.
Medical Certificate:
The name and address of the physician who was entered for the medical service (tab Close) appear on the Medical Certificate form, as long as no other physician responsible is entered for the performed health surveillance protocols.
Note:
If you specified a physician#s data in Customizing for Occupational Health under Medical Service -> Form: Medical Certificates -> Assign Print Programs and Edit Form Texts, the data will be used for the relevant form.
Protocol Log:
The name and address of the physician who was entered for the corresponding health surveillance protocols appears on the form, Protocol Log.
