Definition
Specifies the date on which the end of the diagnosed illness was determined.
When you add a diagnosis, the system proposes 12/31/9999 as the end date. You can overwrite this date, however.
Dependencies
When you enter an end date that lies before 12/31/9999 and save, the diagnosis is delimited and can then no longer be edited. You then only have the option of adding a new diagnosis.
