States whether an average hearing loss of 10 dB has been recorded for the left ear at 3.0 kHz, 4.0 kHz and 6.0 kHz, taking age into account, and provided that no early threshold shift has been detected in this ear.
If an early threshold shift has already been detected in this ear, select this field only if an additional loss of 10 dB has occurred since the last threshold shift.
