Documentation

Definition

States whether the employee in question is present in the company on the scheduled date.

The system sets the indicator automatically (see Dependencies).

Use

Field selected:

The person is not present (because of vacation, for example). To display the reason for the absence, use the Absences function.

Field not selected:

The person is present in the company.

Procedure

If the employee is present, schedule a new date.

Absences must be entered in infotype 2001 of the Time Management component.
