Use

Overrides certain SAP default system parameters for the following activities:

The system parameters have the following meanings:

  • RATETDNES (Rate type req. for install. billing (device level))

    The user must enter the rate type at device level for billing installation and for full installation as well as for the maintenance of rate data.

  • RATETRNES (Rate type req. for install. billing (register level))

    The user must enter the rate type at register level for billing installation and for full installation as well as for the maintenance of rate data.

  • SU_AC_DATE (Last transaction date proposed)

    The last entered transaction date is proposed during device installation/removal/replacement.

  • SU_P_TE341 (Control measured pressure proposed)
    • If no control pressure regulator is proposed, then the default measured pressure for the billing class (from table TE341) is proposed for full installation. During technical installation, the measured pressure is proposed for which the DefaultTechnInst field is selected.
    • If you do not enter this parameter and no control pressure regulator can be proposed, then no measured pressure can be proposed.
    • If a pressure regulator can be proposed, then its measured pressure is proposed.
    • Even if you do not enter this parameter, but a pressure regulator can be proposed, its measured pressure will be proposed anyway.
  • CONDEVINIT (query when installation and device location have different connection objects)

    The user must confirm in a dialog box that the connection object of the installation differs to the connection object of the device location.

  • DEVGRPRELA (Device grouping for billing-related installation/removal)

    The devices of a device grouping also have to be processed together during billing-related installation/removal.

  • BILLFACALC (calculate Billing factor during installation and replacement)

    Wherever possible, the billing factor is calculated automatically during device installation and replacement. This calculated billing factor may not be overwritten.

  • BILLFACNES (Billing factor must be specified (measurement type 1, 2, 3))

    During technical installation or full installation of a device with measurement type 1 (semi-indirect measurement), 2 (indirect measurement), or 3 (indirect/semi-indirect measurement), a billing factor must be specified. The same applies to the device allocation.

  • TRANSFONES (Transformer must be specified (measurement type 1, 2, 3))

    During technical installation or full installation of a device with measurement type 1, 2, or 3, a transformer must be specified. This is also verified in the device allocation.

  • TEMPAEINST (Propose temperature area from the installation)

    During full installation, the temperature area is proposed from the installation. If the temperature area in the installation has not been specified, the default value from the regional structure is used.

  • LASTMETERI (information; last metering device of installation is being removed)

    When the last metering device of an installation is removed during full removal or technical removal, and a customer exists for this installation (valid contract), an information message is displayed for the user.

  • LASTMETERE (error; last metering device of an installation is being removed)

    When the last metering device of an installation is removed during full removal or technical removal, and a customer exists for this installation (valid contract), an error message is displayed.

  • CHECK_EDAT (info when date of technical installation differs from date of billing-related installation)

    If billing-related installation is executed on a different day to the technical installation, an information message is issued.

  • GOODSMVMT (goods movement during installation, removal, and replacement)

    This activity is required to activate the goods movement during installation, removal, or replacement and activate the necessary fields.

  • REPLACEALO (supplement device allocation during replacement)

    If a device with N registers is replaced by a device with N and M registers, or if the register allocation is not clear, then existing device allocations from the removed device are copied to the registers of the device to install wherever possible.

  • NEWDEVLOC (notification for automatic creation of a new device location)

    If a device is installed in an installation and you have not entered a device location, provided that the installation is not allocated to a device location, the system automatically creates one for the device. You do not need to customize settings for this. Select this field to call up a notification and you can trigger an event.

  • DEVCREATEI (creation of device information record for billing-related installation is permissible)

    If no device exists for the billing-related installation and for the specified combination of serial number (device number) and material number (device category), an information device record is created. This only occurs if external number assignment is permitted for device info records. The user receives a message, which he/she must confirm.

  • DEVCREATEP (creation of a device information record for billing-related installation is permissible)

    If no device exists for billing-related installation and for the specified combination of serial number (device number) and material number (device category), an information device record is created. This only occurs if external number assignment is permitted for device info records.

  • NOMULTINST (installation in several installations is not permitted)

    It is not permitted to install a device or a device information record for a time period in a billing-related installation if it is already installed in another device for this time period, or if it is to be installed later for billing.

  • INMULTINST (installation in several installations with information is permissible)

    If you attempt to install a billing-related device in an installation, which has already been installed for the same time period or later in a billing-related installation, then the user receives a message , which he/she must confirm.

  • PMIEQM0001 (call up enhancement IEQM0001 for installation and replacement)

    Call up enhancement IEQM0001 for full installation, technical installation and replacement (for the device to be installed).

  • INOTRASUGG (Do not propose transformer during installation)

    No transformer is proposed during full and technical installation.

  • INOPRESUGG (Do not propose pressure regulator during installation)

    No pressure regulator is proposed during full and technical installation.

  • INORFCSUGG (Do not propose ARCR during installation)

    No ARCR is proposed during full and technical installation.

  • CHKPROEG70 (Check product link if rate data changed)

    When rate data is changed, the system checks whether a product link exists. If so, it is possible that certain fields are not ready for input. EG44INTNUA (automatic number assignment permitted for creation of device info records).

  • CHK_WEIG01 (different weighting key, ELECTRICITY division)

    Every register and installation can have different weighting keys.

  • CHK_WEIG02 (different weighting key, GAS division)

    Every register and installation can have different weighting keys.

  • CHK_WEIG03 (different weighting key, WATER division)

    Every register and installation can have different weighting keys.

  • CHK_WEIG03 (different weighting key, DISTRICT HEATING division)
  • EG72_HIBUT (Device allocation: history button on initial screen)

    When you enter the device allocation transaction (EG72) you can use a parameter to choose whether or not historical data is taken into account

  • EG75_HISTO (Register relationship: do not take history into account)

    Only current time slices are taken into account for the register relationships.

  • EG75_HIBUT (Register relationship: history button on initial screen)

    When you enter the register relationship transaction (EG76) you can use a parameter to choose whether or not historical data is taken into account.

    Every register and installation can have different weighting keys.

  • EG70_HISTO (Rate data: do not take history into account)

    Only current time slices are taken into account when maintaining rate data.

  • EG70_HIBUT (Rate data: history button on initial screen)

    When you enter the rate data maintenance transaction (EG70) you can use a parameter to choose whether or not historical rate data is taken into account.

  • EG72_HISTO (Device allocation: history not taken into account)
