Use

This field specifies a percentage of a time slot. Once this percentage has been reached, a red cross is displayed for the time slot to indicate over planning. Note that once you have reached this capacity utilization, you can no longer allocate the corresponding capacity.

Note that the time of the appointment to be rescheduled is already included.

Example

If you enter the value 120 and the capacity utilization reaches 120% for a time slot, including the appointment to be rescheduled, the red cross is displayed in the planning horizon. This indicates that you can no longer allocate the required capacity to this time slot.
