Definition
This indicator controls whether a new "version" of the notes should be used.
In other words, if this indicator is set, you can use the status module (NOTICE_STATUS) to inquire whether the new version has been changed.
Do not confuse this indicator with the CHANGED indicator. The CHANGED indicator compares the current main memory status with the database status, whereas the version indicator is used to compare two main memory statuses.
