Definition

Conditions stored in the auto activity component refer to elements in the business data display (clipboard).

These elements have the same names as in the action box. That means:

  • Business objects are referred to as <DESKOBJ>object types
  • Structures are referred to with <DESKFIELD>structure names
  • Individual fields are referred with the DESKFIELD<struture/field names

Structures and individual fields can currently only be included in the clipboard as "call attached data" using a compatible telephone system. Business objects are included as the result of action box calls or automatic call recognition.

When you formulate conditions that refer to business objects you must also use the component field. You must enter a suitable attribute for the object type; the systzem checks the condition against this value. The same applies to structures: you must enter the field name in teh component field.

Example

To automatically start a call for customer from the number range 1000000000 to 1000500000, enter the following lines:
