Definition
You can use this checkbox to specify whether a signed PDF of an inbound message (purchase order, invoice, and so on) is also to be archived as an unsigned PDF.
Some standard applications cannot read signed PDFs. For this reason, it may be useful if an unsigned PDF is available in the archive for this message in addition to the signed PDF.
Both PDFs (signed and unsigned) are linked to the IDoc and document.
Use
Use this setting if you want to use standard applications to view signed PDFs for messages.
