Definition

You can enter a value to specify the total number of messages. This value affects only the number of messages in the 'All Messages' list. The number of entries in the other lists is determined by the number of messages in this period and by the relevant selection criteria.

If the value here is greater than the number of messages found, all of the messages are shown in the 'All Messages' list.

If the number of messages found is greater than the value entered here, only the specified maximum number of messages is displayed. In this case, a message is displayed in the status bar indicating that more messages are available in this period and for this selection.
