Definition
This column displays whether original documents have been received and already archived.
The icons have the following meaning:
- @B0@ For outgoing messages: An archive package is expected but has not yet been received.
- @01@ For outgoing messages: The archive package has been received and also archived.
@01@ For incoming messages: This business case is closed and all documents have been archived. - @38@ For outgoing messages: No archive package is expected, but one has still been received.
=> Check the configuration in table EDX_BP_SP in transaction SM30. - No icon: For outgoing messages: No archive package is expected, neither has one been received.
Archive Package: An archive package has been sent by the service provider at the customer's request. This archive package contains all original documents that have been sent by the sender of the message to the service provider. In addition, all signed documents that have been forwarded by the service provider to their business partner are contained in it.
If you want to send an archive package, you have to request this from your service provider.
