Definition

Specifies the time zone, in which the installation is billed or profile data is displayed. This can be different from the time zone of the system.   

Use

The following business processes are available:

• Profile data management in different time zones

  This enables you to manage customers that have billing objects in different time zones, in one system.

• Profile data management in a time zone that differs from the system time zone

  This may be necessary if the market has agreed to use a different time zone for storing profile data (no switch from daylight saving time to standard time, for example).

• Billing (RTP Billing) of installations in one of the time zones that differs from the system time zone

  This bills all profiles in the specified time zone (depending on the time zone entered for each profile).
