Documentation
Definition
Date or period on/in which the planned independent requirement is planned.
Supplementary Documentation - EDATV 0001
Use
The system uses the date that you enter here as a default value for the items which are to be created.
If the planned quantity for the independent requirement is to be split into smaller periods within the interval, the requirements date indicates the beginning of the interval. In this case, you must also maintain the field "requirements date to".
Procedure
You can use either a daily period, weekly period, monthly period, or a posting period to enter the requirements date.
Examples
Dependencies
The system checks the factory calendar automatically. If the requirements date you entered happens to fall on a day which is not defined in the factory calendar, then the system will suggest that the next valid working day be used instead.
