Documentation
Definition
Specifies the upper limit of the interval in which planned independent requirements should be maintained.
Supplementary Documentation - EDATB 0001
Use
You must enter an interval if the system is to split the requirements quantity into smaller periods automatically.
The system uses the date that you enter here as a default value for the items which are to be created.
Procedure
You can enter either a daily period, a weekly period, a monthly period, or a posting period for the requirements date. The calendar period must correspond with the period selected for the interval.
Examples
Dependencies
The system automatically checks the factory calendar. If the requirements date you entered happens to fall on a day which is not defined in the factory calendar, then the system will suggest that the next valid date be used instead.
