Definition
This indicator controls whether HTML pages can contain links to other HTML pages in the web repository. The start pages for the standard configuration (such as SPART_START) always have a FRAMESET command that refers to other HTML pages in the web repository. The indicator must be set for pages like this. However, do not set the indicator for pages with no HTML links since this impairs performance.
