Definition

Controls the automatic selection of contracts in the contract selection box for move-out.

You have the following options:

  • No automatic selection (all contracts are selected)

    If more than one contract is found for the premise, the Select contracts for move-out dialog box appears, so that you can select the contracts for the move-out. The system selects all found contracts.

  • Select all without dialog (except when specifying a contract)

    When you specify a premise, all the contracts for that premise are automatically displayed.

    Only if you specify a contract or a serial number, does the dialog box appear with the corresponding contracts already selected.

  • Select all without dialog (for contract specifications for individual tasks)

    As in the aforementioned point. However, the dialog box does not appear when you specify a contract number or serial number.

    Always select all contracts for specified business partner/premise, without dialog selection.

    All contracts for the business partner or premise are selected without the dialog box. This also applies if you only specify one contract.

  • No automatic selection (only specified contracts are selected)

    As in the first option, a dialog box always appears for the contract selection. Only the specified contracts are selected.
