Use

Procedure

Enter one of the following values:

• No release: value blank

  The changes are not released for any department.

• Global release: value 1

  The changes are released for all departments.

• Release for one or more departments (costing, planning, production, and so on)

Examples

Release key 20 is defined such that changes are released for costing only. This means that changes (such as the replacement of a cheap material with an expensive material) are included in costing. They are ignored in planning and production.
