Use

Automatic Creation and Release of Change Tasks

If you want change tasks to be created automatically, set this indicator.

• Change tasks are created automatically for every user that processes an object with the change order.
• This avoids the work of creating change tasks manually.
• You cannot restrict the use of the change order to selected users.
• When the change order is released, all assigned tasks are automatically released.
• The consistent use of change tasks ensures that the change history can be reproduced with no gaps.

Create Change Tasks for Selected Users

If the change order is to be used by selected users only, do not set this indicator. Create the change tasks for the selected users manually.
