Definition
Number of awards granted to the employee according to the LTI plan that applies to his or her position, organizational unit or personnel subarea. Usually, the number of awards vary greatly according to the position the optionee holds. Guidelines and eligibility rules, however, are dealt with in the Compensation Administration component (PA-EC-AD).
The LTI plan, the grant date and the number of granted awards are retrieved from infotype Compensation Process (0759) on activation.
