Definition
Enables you to grant additional awards on an individual basis for outstanding performance. This number is added to the number of existing awards in the No. Granted Awards field. In this case the sum of both must correspond to 100 % of the granted awards. Additional grantings affect the vesting schedule.
If you want to reduce the number of overall vested awards, enter a negative number.
