Use
Until what time should the room be reserved/booked?
If you enter a time here, it is only effective in the search for available or reserved rooms, not in the case of other functions.
If business event data is displayed, you can overwrite the date when you use the 'change' function. If the room has already been reserved for the new date, the system will issue an error message. In this case, you must change the date to one when the room is available before you can save the business event.
