Date on which the purchasing document was created.

Procedure

In the fields "PO date from/to" you specify the periods you wish to compare.

If you enter a date in the field "PO date 1 to" or "PO date 2 from", the system sets the remaining data to the beginning and end date of the year.

You can also compare overlapping periods e.g. 1.1. - 31.3 : 1.3. - 31.5.

Examples

If you enter the date 30.6. of the current year in the field "PO date to ", the system will set the data for a comparison of half-years (1.1. - 30.6 : 1.7. - 31.12).

Use

You can enter two different periods for which you wish to analyze changes in purchasing activities.

The system will then supply you with an overview of the purchasing documents created during this period.
