Use
The system calculates the length of downtime on the basis of the entries regarding the start and end of the breakdown, initially with the unit "hours", if the breakdown indicator was set.
If you enter only the date for the malfunction end without the time, the system defines 00.00.00 hours as the end time for the day entered and calculates the length of downtime using this time of day.
Procedure
If you want to make the entry in a different unit of time, you must change the unit in the appropriate field. The system then calculates the downtime in the new unit.
If you subsequently change the start or end of the breakdown, the system only recalculates the length of downtime after you have pressed ENTER.

To make an entry in this field, the field Breakdown must be selected. If you enter the length of downtime without selecting Breakdown, the system ignores the downtime. If you enter start and end of the breakdown without selecting Breakdown, the system does not calculate the downtime.
