Definition
You can use this indicator to control whether additional FI-CA documentsare also included in budget billing request documents. If you do not set the indicator, the additional FI-CA items are included in the print document and the suppliers are only informed with the next bill.
Use
Additional FI-CA documents - this includes documents generated by processes outside of invoicing and budget billing requests - can be included directly in the print document. To guarantee this happens, the documents are given the clearing restriction Y. These documents are then included in the print documents during the next invoicing run under a print document line item with line item type DERITM.
If the additional FI-CA items are included in the print document, the due date determined during generation of the document is changed to match the due date of the bill document.
Dependencies
In additonal to this Customizing option, you can use event R566 to decide for specific projects whether additional FI-CA items are includedin the print document. Also read the function module documentation for sample module ISU_SAMPLE_R566.
