Use

Certain settlement procedures require you to execute all settlement steps for each settlement document.

You can choose not to select point of delivery information because this data does not change frequently, for example.

If you enter a selection document in this field, point of delivery information is not selected again. Instead, this system uses the previous document selection.

Note the selection document must be valid for the period of the current document.

Example

You determine load schedules daily. However, customers can only change suppliers at the beginning of the month.

For this reason, you define relationships between supplier and customer and customer profiles once a month.
