Definition
In the settlement step, a settlement parameter can be used in different ways. These are as follows:
- Input parameter with read-only access
- Input/output parameter with read and write access
- Output parameter calculated in the settlement step.
Use
Input parameters must be calculated using settlement steps that have already been executed. Alternatively, they must be defined as input parameters for the settlement procedure.
Output parameters can only be calculated using a single settlement step in the settlement procedure.
