Documentation
Definition
You use the Deregulation Switch GDPDU indicator to activate the functions for extracting incoming bills according to GDPdU (German Principles of Data Access and Verifiability of Digital Documentation), if GDPdU is activated in your system. (To activate the GDPdU functions, you must set the Activate GDPdU flag in Customizing under General Controls for IS-U Archiving).
If you activate the Deregulation Switch GDPDU, you can:
- Use reports to extract GDPdU-relevant from incoming bills
- Only archive incoming bills once the relevant data has been extracted
For more information, see note 1021298 and for GDPdU functions see 1021558.
