Definition
Compression field for partial bill lines in the partial bill and in the periodic bill.
Use
Here, you can define a field name that is identical to the field name of the ERDZ structure.
This field is used to group together partial bill lines on a bill. If, for example, you define the field TVORG here, this field is set to its initial value on the bill. All lines of a partial bill that have the same entries in text fields are grouped together. This means in this case, for example, that the lines are still grouped together by contract and due date.
Compressing bill lines does not effect posting documents.
The declared tax amount can still be incorrect when compression is executed using the contract field. This is because the tax for a partial bill is calculated at contract level. However, if several contracts are compressed, the tax amount is only added together and not calculated again.
