Definition

You can use the following reversal items for a collective single bill:

  • Do not reverse single document if in collective bill (standard setting)
    You cannot reverse the collective single bill if this bill has gone into a collective bill. Reverse the bill first and then reverse the collective individual bill.
  • Single document can be reversed if in collective bill
    The collective single bill can be reversed at any time; even if it has already gone into a collective bill.
  • Query option in dialog
    This option enables you to query both settings in a dialog during an individual reversal in the transaction Reversal of Print Document and Poss. Billing Document (Single Document) (EA13).
