Definition
`First interest period' stands for the period during which loan interests are to be considered for the first time.
Only if the screen field P0045-ZNSFP is set will the 'first interest
period' result from the value of P0045-ZNSFP.
Otherwise, the 'first interest period' is specified by the period the
first loan is paid out (infotype P0078; starting point) and the
interest cycle (distance),
e.g. the period of the first loan payment being 0190, the interest
cycle 03.
