Definition

The sort sequence and the sort criteria for the sickness certificate evidence list are defined here.

Each of the parameter's position or columns stands for a sort criterion:

  • 1st position: Buk = Company code
  • 2nd position: Wrk = Factory/personnel area
  • 3rd position: BtT = Plant section/ personnel subarea
  • 4th position: SVG = SI group
  • 5th position: SVA = SI body
  • 6th position: AnS = Employment status
  • 7th position: Na = Name of insured person
  • 8th position: SVN = Social insurance number

Procedure

By assigning a number between 1 and 8 you determine the sort order. If a particular sort criterion does not apply, place a 0 in the appropiate point of the parameter.

Each of the figures 1 to 8 may only be used once. The figure 0 can be used as often as you wish. You must not use blank characters.

Example

Entry: 12345600

According to this, you have allocated the value 1 to the sort criterium "company code, the value 2 to the sort criterium "factory/personnel area", and so on.

Sorting according to company code takes highest priority and according to employment status takes the lowest priority. The name of the employee and his social insurance number are not taken into consideration during sorting.
