Definition
Specifies how often the program should generate a document from the standing request.
Use
If you choose "last day of month", the due date of the generated documents is always the last day of the month. This also applies to the first due date, in other words, if the first due date entered is not on the last day of the month, the date is postpones accordingly.
Dependencies
The due date of the document created depends on the following factors:
- Due date
- Frequency
- Interval
Example
A rent payment should always be made on the last day of the month. The following execution data is entered for this:
- First due date 31st January 2004
- No final date
- Frequency: monthly to the last
- Interval: 1
