Use Germany
This indicator is used in Germany when the Z1 form is printed or is transferred to field W4 when the user selects the data medium exchange procedure for making payments abroad.
It is to be taken from the specifications (supplement LV of the German Foreign Trade Regulations (AWV), printed on the reverse side of the preprinted Z1 form).
Use Netherlands
This indicator is used if the value 2 has been entered for the document type. You should take the indicators from appendix B of the document describing formats for foreign payments, from ABN AMRO BTL91.
