Number of the sequential file.

Use
In this field, enter the name of the work file you want to use. This name is stored in the log when the work file for the Prepare reporting activity (report RPCALCx0 and schema x500) or another preliminary program is created.
During online operation, you can create a list of possible work files along with their names, the persons who created them, and the dates on which they were created using the 'Possible entries' function (F4) in this field.
If you want to start the Transfer to FI/CO report (RPCIPO00 or RPCIPI00/RPCIPX00) with a variant, you must change the variant name each time you start the report, and this can be bothersome. If the work file should always have the same name, run the Prepare reporting activity using a character string in the Name of work file for transfer to FI/CO field which replaces the sequential number when the name is created.

Use
In this field, enter the name of the work file you want to use. The name was stored in the log during creation of the work file when report RPCIPX00 was run.
During online operation, you can create a list of possible work files along with their names, the persons who created them, and the dates on which they were created by pressing F4 for this field.
If you want to start FI/CO transfer using a variant, it is a nuisance if the variant has a different name each time. If the name of the work file should always remain the same, start report RPCIPX00 using an appropriate variant which contains a character string in the 'output file for RPCIPI00' parameter that replaces the consecutive number generated by the system when the name is created.

Use
In this field, enter the name of the work file. When the work file is created, this name is noted in the log by the Export to Payroll/Accounting Interface (RPCIPX00) program, Prepare evaluation (RPALCx0 with schema x500) program or other preliminary program.
Use the 'Possible entries' function (F4) to display a list of work files which includes the name of the work file, the person who created it, the date on which it was created, etc.
