Definition
Indicates whether an outbound implementation supports the update of key mapping data during the processing of an ALE Audit IDoc.
Use
Dependencies
The setting is only valid for IDoc-based communication.
If you indicate that key mapping data is updated for a business system that acts as a target system for a replication model, you can only activate the replication model if each of its outbound implementations supports the update of key mapping.
To indicate that the update of key mapping is supported in a target system, proceed as follows:
- Open Customizing for Data Replication under Define Technical Settings -> Define Custom Settings for Data Replication -> Define Technical Settings -> Define Technical Settings for Business Systems.
- Open the Define Business Systems -> BOs -> Communication Channels subdialog.
- Select the Update Key Mapping checkbox.
Example
The I_MAT outbound implementation for material master supports the update of key mapping during processing of an ALE Audit IDoc.
