Definition
The system does not archive information from the selected rows. For example, you can decide not to archive given subobjects for an object type which is generally archived.
Example
You want to archive order data, but not data from investment orders. You enter a row with residence times for the ORD object type. In a second row, you enter the INV order type and select the row in order to keep it from being archived.
Recommendation
Make an entry "Do not archive" for each object type for which you do not want to archive data.
