Use
Enables you to enter a character string a document must contain to be displayed in the hit list of the worklist.
You use this field to restrict the number of documents for the worklist - already restricted by the other selection criteria - to those that contain the desired character string exactly as you enter it.
If you leave this field blank, all documents will be added to the worklist that correspond to the other selection criteria.
Note:
- The search function is not case-sensitive.
- The system searches for the character sequence you entered both in the document long texts and in the short texts (provided that the respective document type has a short text, for example, messages or data elements).
- The search function does not support wildcard characters (for example, '*' or '?'). Searching for "print*" therefore does not find all documents in which the character sequences "Print", "Printer", "printing" etc. occur, but only those, in which "print*" occurs.
Dependencies
Searching for a character string restricts the documents listed in the worklist (logical AND relation to the other selection criteria).
