Documentation
Definition
Controls the behavior in the case of recorded documentary batches and associated zero quantity.
Use
Activate this function if you wish to enter documentary batches with zero quantity.
This indicator should not be set if the display and entry of documentary batches with zero quantity is not desired. Documentary batches with zero quantity are not saved.
Dependencies
If this function is activated and a zero quantity arises through an offsetting posting or reversal, this documentary batch is saved with the quantity zero. It is not possible to distinguish whether the zero quantity has arisen through an explicit entry or through an offsetting posting.
In the case of the function "Return Delivery to Stock" (transaction LT0G), documentary batches with zero quantity may be proposed irrespective of the setting. After the initial processing, the documentary batches are then no longer available if the function is deactivated.
This setting can be overriden using the Business Add-In (BAdI) Documentary Batch (VBDOCUBATCH).
