Procedure
In the standard SAP System call the file manager.
- The directory is open that was defined in Customizing for this
- combination data carrier type (user's computer) and data carrier (storage of original aplication files).

The system uses the settings in Customizing to determine the additional path part for the computer combination when accessing the file. The path needed for the local computer is added to the path needed to access the file. See work step: Define data carrier, entry Set up mount points/logical drives
