Definition

Indicator controls that an original file is deleted locally after it is successfully stored in a secure area.

Use

Dependencies

The original application files can be stored in the following secure areas:

  • Storage category that is accessable using the Knowledge Provider
  • Secure areas that are managed by DMS (vault, archive, and SAP Database)

When you would like to process an original file that is located in a secure area the system creates a copy that is available later in the data system.
